Mechanical engineer Özcan Küçükgöl, who convicted the shareholders of the automotive company that he works for and made an internship in to made an investment in İzmir,Turkey, became the owner of the company with his further investments. Küçükgöl moved the factory from Frankfurt to Aegean Free Zone and said : “It is a great honor for me to produce and provide employment opportunities in my country.”.
Özcan Küçükgöl, studied mechanical engineering in Frankfurt, convinced the oil pump producing company HPT Hartner that he works for to make an investment in İzmir, Turkey. Then, became a shareholder of the company. After he had enlarged his business, he has bought the entire company.

Küçükgöl studied with great difficulties in Germany, where he had to move with his family when he was just 12 years old. After Küçükgöl had completed secondary school, he has started to work in car care services. Yet, never had a break in his education and got a job in an automotive company as a mechanical engineer in 1989.
Özcan Küçükgöl took an important place in the company thanks to his diligence and reliability and offered the company executives to invest in Turkey. However, HPT Hartner wanted Özcan Küçükgöl to carry out this investment.
Özcan Küçükgöl saw an opportunity to serve his country. Thus, in 1996, he established the new company of HPT Hartner in Aegean Free Zone with his brother Özer Küçükgöl. Özcan Küçükgöl, who produces oil pump shafts for world’s automotive giants like Porsche, Audi, Hyundai, BMW and has a say in a good part of Europe market today, said that : “It is a great honor to earn abroads and invest and provide employment opportunities in my counry. Today, we came to an important level with our 100 employees and we will work with the same determination to grow up even more.”.
